These Terms of Service govern your use of the BeeWater online store and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms and our referenced policies.

Online store

You must provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You may not use the store for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, interfere with its security, or copy store content in violation of intellectual property rights.

Products and information

We work to present product descriptions, colors and pricing accurately. Displays can vary by device. We may correct errors, update information or limit quantities before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; it does not require us to accept an order affected by fraud concerns, inventory errors, payment failure, pricing error or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original method.

Safe use

Follow all product instructions and warnings. BeeWater facial tools are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Individual experiences vary.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other service providers. Their services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeWater is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product or interruption of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. Any governing law or forum will be determined under the laws that validly apply to the transaction.
