30-day guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To begin, email hello@beewaterblossoms.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send a return before receiving instructions.
Return condition
Include the device, supplied accessories and original packaging. Normal inspection or careful trial under the product instructions is permitted. We may reduce or decline a refund for missing parts, damage caused by misuse, or a device returned in a condition that creates an unreasonable hygiene or safety risk.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with photos or video of the issue. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement, return label or refund at no additional product cost.
Return shipping
Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise. We cover reasonable return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit after we process it.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment has begun.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
