Where we ship

BeeWater is preparing service for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. The delivery options available for a specific address are shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or unusually high demand, preparation may take longer.

Delivery estimates

Any transit estimate shown at checkout begins after the carrier receives the parcel. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, customs, carrier disruptions or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email it after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Duties and taxes

Taxes, duties or import charges are handled as shown at checkout. If a charge is not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for amounts assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

Delivery issues

Email hello@beewaterblossoms.com if tracking is stalled, a parcel arrives damaged or the carrier marks it delivered but it cannot be located. We will review the available carrier information and next steps.
